Our 32Ra finish on stainless steel wetted mixer parts is both sanitary and easily-cleanable. ‘Ra’, stands for “roughness average”. Welds are ground smooth, all surfaces are polished, then verified by a profilometer reading.
Available on Fusion Express bridge mount tote mixers. Our Fork Lift Channels are fabricated from aluminum and are secured to the tote bridge assembly. These allow the operator to safely and easily lift bridge assembly and mixer from mixing tote with a standard fork truck.
Available on Fusion Express bridge mount tote mixers. The Floating Tote Cap contains a VITON® lip seal which provides a barrier between the tote’s contents and the exterior environment by eliminating batch contaminates, and containing vapors during processing.
