Compressed air, rather than electricity, powers the mixer. Lubrication of air is required. Add our one-piece filter, pressure regulator, lubricator (F/R/L) to prolong motor life. Painted gearboxes are standard with synthetic lubrication. This design achieves lower levels of shear, but higher levels of torque. These mixers are ideal for industrial mixing processes that involve fluids with sensitivities to shear or higher viscosities. Best used in tanks containing 2,500 gallons or less.
Portable and fixed mounting styles are available to fit your process, and each are built from 300 series stainless steel. All wetted parts are standard in 316L stainless steel.
