Direct drive mixers provide equivalent rotational speeds (rpm) of the mixer and motor shaft. Optional NEMA 4 variable speed controllers are available. This design achieves higher levels of shear, but lower levels of torque. These mixers are ideal for sanitary mixing processes in batch sizes of 300 gallons or less.
Portable and fixed mounting styles are available to fit your process, and each are built from 300 series stainless steel. All wetted parts are standard in 316L stainless steel.
